Mangroves

Arakan State, for approximately two decades mangroves have become unhealthy or completely destroyed due to prawn farming, natural disasters and the use of the wood for such things as brick manufacturing. It is also important to note that due to the previous examples that an unbalanced mix or fresh water and salt water are causing the destruction of this natural resource.
